In 2011 we had our home designed and built by Dalamar Homes. The whole process from receiving the first floor plans to getting the certificate of occupancy could not have gone any smoother. Living at the time in the Northeast (Stacey) and in The Netherlands (Paul) we always could rely on their skills and expertise and they went above and beyond to get great deals for us. They understood what was important to us and used their creativity in offering solutions whenever we had to make choices. Go with them, Dalamar Homes is the best to work with when looking for a builder for a customized home.

Building with Dalamar was an easy, smooth process. We were especially concerned about finding a location that was best for our family and close to our children's school. Keeping all of this in mind, we found the perfect neighborhood to build in and were disappointed when we were told that every lot had been bought and there were none left.

Upon expressing our disappointment, Dalamar went out of their way to find us the best lot that fulfilled everything we were looking for. We were so surprised with how fast and efficient the building process was, everything took about 6 months total. We found that not only was the process fast, it was also fun. We enjoyed personalizing our home with our selections appointment and having constant updates on the building process.

We found that if we had an issue, they were considered and fixed immediately. From the day we talked about building until the day we were able to move in to our new home, we are still surprised at how fast the process was. Building with Dalamar Homes was a lovely experience.

We drove by the house while it was under construction and were surprised to see a "for sale" sign there. Our realtor was out of town at the time so we called the seller's realtor and, in fairly short order we were introduced to the Builder family, who took us on a tour of the house. Shortly after that we were signed up.

Our experience during the construction was very pleasant. Our questions were promptly answered, changes were reasonably addressed, and Matt and Blaine were very responsive to any concerns we had. On the whole we had no issues with our builder and this was a matter of pride for us!

We chose to use Dalamar Homes to build our house because of the size and quality of house they were building for the price. They were also building a new neighborhood in the area we were looking to move to. Once we were introduced to the Project Manager, we were surprised at how detailed he was and eager to work with us.

Throughout construction, he kept us in the loop weekly and sometimes daily. As with any project, there were problems we would run across but he always made sure they were corrected to our satisfaction every time. We still keep in touch with the Project Manager and feel like we have gained a true friendship throughout this experience.
